Ministry is not a static thing. It’s always moving from the Spirit in one person toDSC_0237 the Spirit in another person. So it really is ministry in motion.

People at home have been moved to do and/or provide many things. People in many places are moved by the same Spirit to pray for daily needs as well as ministry tools. The Spirit in one answers the Spirit in the other. God’s Spirit puts it in the hearts of mission volunteers to go many places. They go to minister, and as they do, they are ministered to. That is also ministry in motion.

Ministry In Motion

MINOLTA DIGITAL CAMERAFor example, Pastor Ramon needed a suit. A pastor on our team learned of Pastor Ramon’s need. He gave me a suit and instructed me to get it to Pastor Ramon. The suit was delivered as our team arrived on site for a week of teaching in our EquipUs Seminary. And of course, I took Pastor Ramon’s picture in his new suit. The prayer of one was answered by the Spirit in another and the answer was carried by mission volunteers.

Another example is the beautiful dresses and quilts we have delivered to several mission points. Ladies in churches at home make these items to bless other. But most these ladies will never get to travel and personally see they ones their work blesses. But they provided an outreach tool for others who can go. The pictures here are another example of ministry in motion. What the Spirit moved one to do served as the answer to prayers offered by another.

We sometimes see only one end of ministry’s movement. A great blessing of our work is seeing both ends of the process come together. As fun as that is, it doesn’t happen without you. You are one of the ends of ministry movement. And it’s good for you to see where your labors and efforts connect.

You also keep this ministry in motion and we are extremely grateful! And I hope the mission scenes encourage you just a bit!

Soli Deo Gloria!
