Sermon On The Mount – Module 1

Jesus’ Sermon On The Mount is the declaration of God’s Kingdom. In Matthew 3 and 4 we learn that Jesus went from place to place preaching the Kingdom. We also see His baptism and subsequent temptation. But it is not until chapter five that we hear Jesus’ message of His Kingdom. And it is a monumentally challenging.

Matthew has been called a teacher’s Gospel. And the Sermon On The Mount is the opening of Jesus’ public ministry – the Master Teacher taking the wraps off His Kingdom. From Him we learn what governs His Kingdom and the essential character of Kingdom citizens.

As we have time and opportunity, each EquipUs course is being taught live in a U.S. church and recorded. PART of what supporting members help us do is produce those recordings and turn them into an online course. Module 2 will be finished in the next few days.
